今日は私のティーン患者コレクションのなかでもトップレベルのじゅーしー患者さんです。最後の授業が保健体育だったのでしょうか。ジャージのまま検診に来てくれました。これは珍しいですね。この患者さんお顔もすごく可愛らしいんですよね。私もテンションが上がってしまい、乳頭検査なる触診検査を行ってみましたがちょっと彼女の顔が不安そうだったのが印象的でした、、。ベッドにねそべってTシャツをあげておいてと指示したのですが胸の下部分まであげてくれず、、私が胸を全部出すように指示すると恥ずかしそうに全部捲り上げて素晴らしい大きなお胸を披露してくれました。
器具を取り付け終えて彼女に目をつぶってもらっている隙に胸ポケットにしまっているスマホで全身を撮影します。触診をしてみると弾力があり柔らかいお胸、、私としたことが触診中に私のアソコが固くなってしまいました、、。検査終了し起き上がってもらうと、さらにお胸の綺麗さが際立ちます！全然垂れてない若乳。
私は聴診器で診た後に乳頭検査を行いました。サンプル画像にはないですが指で乳頭をつまむ検査をしています。また早く会いたい患者さんです。

基本的に心電図検査は胸を露出することなくタオルをかけてあげるのですが、若い患者さんのときはタオル無しでほぼ胸を露出させた状態で検査に臨んでいました。怪訝な顔をする子もなかにはいなくもないのですが、私の担当する患者さんは小さい幼少のときから診察をしている子が多いためなんら疑問をもつこがいないといいますか私のことを父親のように思ってくれているのか安心しているのかと思います、、。
